Today's recipe is .... Bell pepper soup
Ingredients:
2 bell pepper, tomatoes
2 cups of water
1 tsp of oil
2 tsp of oregano, lemon grass (finely chopped), coriander, cheese ( optional), sugar, coriander (chopped)
Salt to taste
Procedure:
Barbeque the bell peppers and tomatoes ( apply oil on it. Put them on direct flame. As soon as it get cooked put it in bowl of water to remove burnt skin)
After removing skin grind them into food processor with required water.
Boil this mixture and add oregano,salt,sugar,lemon grass.
Servings:
Take this in bowl then add cheese either grated or cubes in it (OPTIONAL). Garnish it with chopped coriander.
