Today's recipe is......... Pav bhaji
Ingredients:
1 bowl potatoes(boiled)
1/2 bowl of tomatoes and onions(chopped)
1/2 bowl of cabbage, green peas (boiled)
3 tbsp garlic paste
2 to 4 cloves, whole dried red chilli, green chilli
1 tsp of turmeric powder, cumin coriander powder, lemon juice, garam Masala powder
2 tbsp of red chilli powder
2 tbsp of spring garlic (chopped)
1 tbsp of corriender (chopped)
3 to 4 tbsp of oil
1to 2 cup of water
4 to 5 bun
2 to 3 slices oniins
Salt to taste
Procedure:
Garlic chatni
Take garlic, spring garlic, red chilli powder and salt. Make fine paste of it.
Now take a pan add oil in it. As soon as oil catch heat add above paste in it. Stir it well. Add 1/2 cup of water. Garlic chatni is ready.
For bhaji
Boil potatoes and other vegetables well.
Take a pan. Add oil in it. Add cloves, whole red chilli in it. Add chopped onion. Stir it until it becomes golden brown. Add garlic chatni and tomatoes. cook it well for at least 10 to 15 minutes.
Add boiled vegetables and turmeric powder, corriender cumin powder. Smash all vegetables using smasher.Add water if required.add lemon juice and salt. Add garam masala powder in it.Add green peas and chopped corriander. Bhaji is ready.
Servings:
Serve bhaji with pav( bun) and onion or your choice of salad.
