Ingridients:
1 bowl of Mashed potatoes
1/2 bowl of gram flour,water,salt batter
2 tbsp of coriander (chopped), sugar powder
Ginger green chilli paste,oil
1 tbsp of garlic paste ,lemon juice
2 tsp of mustard seeds, turmeric powder,red chilli powder, garam masala, clove powder, black pepper powder, cinnamon powder
Oil to fry
Salt to taste

Procedure:
Take one bowl of mashed potatoes. Add ginger, green chilli paste,coriander in it.
Now add sugar powder, garam masala, clove powder, black pepper powder, cinnamon powder,salt in it.
Mix all well. Add lemon juice in it.
Now take a pan add some oil in it, add mustard seeds, garlic and red chilli powder in it. Saute well.
Now add this oil into mixture. Make small balls from it. Deep balls in the gram flour batter and deep fry it on medium flame.
Servings:
Serve it with fried chilies, curd or green chatni.
