Cheese butter masala
Ingredients:
1 bowl of tomato puree
1/2 bowl of onion puree
1 tbsp of butter, cashews powder,garlic and red chilli powder paste
2 tsp of turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder,green chilli ginger paste
2 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Coriander (chopped)
Cheese cubes (as much you want)
1 glass of water
Procedure :
Take a pan, add oil in it. Add onion puree in it. Saute it for 5 min. Keep it aside.
Now take another pan, add oil, garlic red chilli powder paste in it. Saute it for 2 min. Then add tomato puree in it.
Add cumin powder, garam masala powder, turmeric, salt in it.
Saute all for 5 min.
After that add cashews powder, butter and water in the gravy.
Lastly add cheese cubes and coriander.
Servings:
Serve it with rice,paratha or roti.
