Bhungada bataka (potatoes)
Ingredients
Fried bhungada
4 to 5 boiled potatoes or 10 to 12 boiled baby patatoes
2 tbsp of red chilli and garlic paste
2 tbsp of spring garlic
1 tsp of turmeric powder, cumin coriander powder
1 tbsp of chat masala, lemon juice, chopped green chillies( if you want more spicy), chopped coriander ,oil
Salt to taste
Procedure:
Take a pan add oil in it. Add red chilli garlic paste in it. Saute it well.
Then add boiled potatoes, turmeric powder, cumin coriander powder, salt,spring garlic in it.
Mix all well. Switched of the stove add chat masala, lemon juice, chopped coriander in it.
Servings:
Serve it with bhungada.
