Today's recipe is
Palak (spinach)shorba
Ingredients:
500 gm palak ( spinach)
250 gm broccoli
4 tbsp of fresh cream
5 to 6 garlic
3 to 4 green chillies
2 tsp of black pepper powder
Salt to taste
3 glass of water
Procedure:
take pressure cooker add water, palak (spinach), broccoli, garlic, green chilli, salt in it.
Blow one whistle then open the cooker. When mixture comes to room temperature crush the whole mixture to make smooth puree.
Now add cream, black pepper powder in it and boil it for 3 min.
