Today's recipe is...... Mini pan cakes
Ingredients:
50 gm butter
1 tsp vanilla seeds or vanilla essence
4 tbsp all purpose flour
2 tbsp sugar powder
2 tbsp milk
Chocolate syrup or spread as required
1 tsp fruit salt
Procedure:
Take a bowl add butter and vanilla seeds or essence in it. Now add milk in it
Whisk it properly then add all purpose flour and sugar.
Mix all well. Lastly add fruit salt.
Take a pan. Drop better on it. Turn it. Cook it both the sides.
