Palak muthiya
Ingredients:
250 gm palak ( spinach )chopped
100 gm chopped spring garlic, coriander
1 tbsp of ginger,green chilli,garlic paste, sesame seeds, mustard seeds, sugar,lemon juice
1 bowl bajari ( gravel flour ), besan ( gram flour)
1/2 bowl wheat flour
6 tbsp oil
1 tsp turmeric powder, cumin coriander powder
Salt
Procerure:
Take a bowl add gravel, gram , wheat flour in it. Add oil, ginger chilli garlic paste, turmeric powder, coriander cumin powder salt and mix all well.
Now add spring garlic, palak( spinach) sugar, lemon juice in it.
Now as daugh is ready. Make muthiya from it.
Take stimmer and steam it for 20 min. As it gets cooked cut it into peaces.
Take a pan add oil in it add mustard seed and sesame seeds add cut peaces in it.saute it for 5 min.
