Sukhi bhaji ( Dry potato subji)
Ingredients:
1 bowl of boiled potatoes ( chopped)
1 tbsp of ginger green chilli paste ,chopped green chillies, ground nut powder
2 tbsp of sugar , lemon juice
2 tsp of black pepper powder ,cumin seeds
3 tbsp of oil
Curry leaves
Coriander ( chopped)
Salt to taste
Procedure:
Take a pan, add oil in it add cumin seeds in it.
As seeds popped up add curry leaves, chopped potatoes, sugar, ground nut powder, lemon juice, green chilli chopped,salt, black pepper powder.
Mix all well, lastly add coriander and again cook it for 5 min.
