🍴Ingredients 🍴
200 gm paneer cubes
8 to 10 cashews
4 tbsp oil
4 to 5 tomatoes roughly chopped
3 tbsp garlic and red chilli paste
1 tbsp green chilli and ginger paste
4 cloves
1 to 2 cinnamon
1 cup water
1 tbsp sugar
Salt to taste
🍴Procedure 🍴
🔸️Take a pan add oil in it. Add cloves and cinnamon in it. Now add paneer cubes in it. Saute it for 5 min.
🔸️Take another pan add oil in it, add cumin seeds in it,add chilli ginger paste, cashews,garlic red chilli paste in it.
🔸️Now add tomatoes in it. Add salt and cook it for 10 min with lid on.
🔸️After the tomatoes get cooked add 1 cup of water and kasuri methi in it.
🔸️using blender make puree of above.
Now take a pan, add oil red chilli powder and puree in it. Add sugar, paneer cubes and salt. Cook it for 10 min. Until gravy become thick.
