🍽 ingredients 🍽
🔪For stuffing🔪
4 tbsp chopped basil
4 tbsp grated cucumber (remove water from it)
1 cube grated cheese
2 tsp chilli flakes, salt
🔪For Ravioli dough🔪
1/2 bowl of each wheat and all purpose flour
Water
Salt
🍽Procedure 🍽
👉Take a bowl add wheat and all purpose flour add salt and water in it. Make fine dough from it. Rest it for 30 min.
👉Take another bowl add chopped basil, cucumber, grated cheese, chilli flakes, salt in it. Mix all well. Stuffing is ready.
👉Now roll the dough. Cut the edges to make it square. Cut it into two parts.
Put stuffing into it and cover it. Using fork seal the sides.
👉 Take a pan add water in it as it boils add Ravioli in it. Cook it for 3 to 5 min until it becomes little transparent.
