🍜Ingredients 🍜
For 4 person
200 gm Tofu cubes or Paneer
1 bowl cooked rice
2 tbsp Green chatni, Gram flour (Besan),mint leaves, Green chilli (chopped)
2 chopped onion, tomato,capsicum
4 tbsp curd
1 tbsp butter,cumin seeds
2 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
🍜Procedure 🍜
👉For Green chatni : Using food processor make paste of 2 tbsp each green chillies,coriander,ginger,water.
👉 Take bowl add tofu cubes in it. Add gram flour, mint leaves,green chatni,curd, capsicum,onion,tomato,green chilli (chopped )salt.
👉Mix all well and marinate it for 20 min.
👉In a pan add oil,cumin seeds,cooked rice and saute it.
👉Take taca or nonstick apply butter on it. Put marinated mixture on it to cook it for 5 min.
👉Now add above mixture in rice. Saute it for 5 min. It is ready.
