Malpua

🥞Ingredients 🥞
1 bowl of all purpose flour
1/2 bowl of powdered sugar
1 bowl of milk
2 tbsp whole black pepper
Ghee to fry

🥞Procedure 🥞
👉Take a bowl add milk, powder sugar, all purpose flour, Black pepper in it. Mix all well. 
👉Now put it aside for overnight or atleast 7 hours. (This makes malpua fluffy). You can put it into refrigerator or at room temperature.
👉 Now take  the better, check the consistency if it is thick then add some more milk.
👉Take any flat pan, add ghee in it. And fry malpua on medium flame on both the sides. Fry it according to your taste crispy or fluffy. 

🥞Serving 🥞
Serve it with curd, banana raita, rabdi or shrikhand.
