🍥Ingredients 🍥
2 bowl of all purpose flour
1/2 bowl of ghee
1/2 bowl of melted butter
1 cup of rice four
3 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp Black pepper powder
1 cup of water
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
🍥Procedure🍥
👉Take a bowl add all purpose flour in it. Add ghee in it. Add salt, turmeric powder, Black pepper powder in it.
👉using water knead the dough. Roll the dough.
👉Take 1 rolled roti apply butter and rice flour on it. Now put second layer again apply butter and rice flour, continue this process for 3 or 4 layers.
👉Again roll the all layers together and cut it in to pieces.
Roll each piece and deep fry it in medium hot oil.
