For katori
2 bowl of multigrain flour
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp carom.seeds
1 tbs cumin seeds
1 cup water
For stuffing
3 green chilli chopped
1 bowl sprouts
1 bowl chopped onion, tomato
1 tbsp chat masala
For sweet chatni
5 to 6 soaked dates
Water
Salt
1 tbsp mango powder
Chat masala
For red chatni
1 tbsp red chilli powder
Garlic
Salt
Water
1 bowl of curd
🥙Procedure 🥙
👉Take a bowl add cumin,carom seeds, multigrain flour, salt,water in it. Knead the dough.
👉Now roll the dough and spread it in microwave proof bowl to make katori shape. Put it in microwave for 1 min on 180°c.
Again unmold it and put it into microwave for 2 min.
Katori is ready.
👉Now take a bowl add sprouts, tomato,onion,green chilli, chat masala,salt in it. Mix all well stuffing is ready.
👉For red chatni add garlic,red chilli powder,salt,water and churn it in to food processor
👉For sweet chatni , add soaked dates, mango powder, chat masala ,water in mixture jar. And churn it.
👉Take katori add stuffing in it. Add curd, sweet chatni,red chatni ,sprinkle chat masala on it. It is ready to serve.
