🍛Ingredients 🍛
For 4 people
1 bowl of black beans,kidney beans, tofu cubes
4 tomatoes
2 onions
2 tbsp ginger garlic chilli paste
1 tbsp garam masala, ground nuts
1 tbsp oil
Clove, bey leave, cinnamon
1 tbsp chopped coriander
2 tbsp curd
Salt to taste
🍛Procedure🍛
👉Take a mixer jar add tomato ,onion, ground nuts, ginger,garlic, green chilli in it. Make fine paste.
👉Now take a pan add oil in it. Add bey leaves, cloves, cinnamon in it. Add paste in it. Add 1 glass of water water in it. Now add beans and tofu in it.
👉 Cook it for 10 min .now add salt, garam masala in it.
Cook it for 5 min. Switch off the stove.
Lastly add curd and coriander in it.

Serve it with chapati, roti, rice, paratha
