🫓Ingredients 🫓
1 bowl of palak (spinach )
2 tbsp of garlic, ginger, chilli paste
1 tbsp of coriander cumin powder, turmeric powder
2 bowl mixture of wheat, besan, ragi, bajara flour
Salt to taste
Oil
🫓Procedure🫓
👉Take a pan add water in it add palak in it, blanch it. Now take food processor add blanched palak, ginger, garlic, chilli in it. Make puree of it.
👉Now take multigrain flour of your choice add puree, salt, oil, cumin coriander powder, turmeric powder, red Chilli powder in it.
Knead dough.
👉Now roll it and toast it using oil.
