🥘Ingredients 🥘
Paneer 200 gm
2 chopped tomato, onion
2 to 3 walnuts and bayleaf
250 gm of chopped spring garlic
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp Lemon juice
Chopped veggies like broccoli, zucchini
1 tbsp of cumin coriander powder, garam masala, black pepper powder
2 tsp of cumin, black pepper, clove
2 tbsp of oil
Coriander, cheese
🥘Procedure🥘
👉Take tava apply butter on it add paneer cubes and veggies in it. Sprinkle salt and pepper on it. Squeeze lemon juice on it. Saute for 5 min.
👉 Now in mixture jar add tomato, onion, walnuts, spring garlic, salt and make fine paste of it.
👉Take a pan add oil in it. Add bayleaf, dried chilli, black pepper, clove, cumin in it.
👉Now add puree in it add turmeric powder, cumin coriander powder, garam masala in it. Add some water cook it for 10 min. At last add saute veggies and paneer in it.
👉serve it by adding coriander and cheese on the top.
