Ingredients
3:1urad dal and moong dal
2 tbsp curd
500 gm curd
1 cup sugar powder
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
Procedure
👉 Take urad dal and moong dal soak it over night. Blend it to make smooth paste. Add salt and yogurt in it.
👉 deep fry it. Take a bowl full of water soak vada in this water for 2 min.
Now remove excess water from it and soak it in sweet curd.
