For 4 people
1 cup of rice
1 cup of pigeon pea (Tuver dal)
2 tomatoes
2 onion
1 tbsp ginger garlic Green chilli paste
1 tbsp clove, black pepper ,turmeric powder
Chopped coriander, green garlic
Oil
Water
♻️Procedure♻️
👉Soak rice and dal for half an hour. Now transfer it into cooker add 2 glass of water add turmeric powder, black pepper, salt
In it.
👉 cook it until 5 whistles. Khichdi is ready. It should be loose.
👉Now take a pan add oil in it add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, red chilli ,ginger garlic Green chilli paste in it.
👉Add chopped tomato and onion in it. Cook it for 10 min . Add cumin coriander powder, salt, red chilli powder in it.
👉add this mixture in khichdi, again cook It until 1 whistle.
Lastly add coriander, green garlic in it
