Today's recipe is... minty cheesy pulau
Ingredients:
2 bowl of cooked rice (cooked it with 3 to 4 cloves and bayleaves and oil)
0.5 bowl of potatoes (boiled and chopped)
0.5 bowl of chopped onion and tomatoes
I.5 bowl of chopped cabbage
1 tps of cumin, garam masala ,green chillies
1 tbs of lemon juice, coriander , peas
1 tsp of turmeric powder, chilli powder
Mint leaves
Cheese and salt to taste
Procedure:
Take oil in pan add cumin then onion. Let onion sizzled for some time then add tomatoes, potatoes,green chillies,cabbage and peas. Add turmeric powder,salt then cooked rice add lemon juice mixed it well at last add garam masala and red chili powder and mint leaves.let it cook for 5 to 6 minute. Pulau is ready
Serving :
In mould add pulau then grated cheese the again pulau. Unmould it. Garnish it with cabbage and tomatoes and cheese .
