Today's recipe is ......Falafel wrap
Ingredients:
4 to 5 Falafel
1 bowl of Wheat flour
1 bowl of all purpose flour
3 tbsp of olive oil
2 bowl of salad
1 bowl of hummus
1 bowl of green chilli, garlic hummus
2 tbsp of oregano
1/2 bowl of cheese
1 bowl of curd
Salt to taste
Procedure:
For falafel and hummus recipes

For tortilla
Mix wheat and all purpose flour in one bowl add salt,
Oregano, olive oil add make fine dough using water.
Roll the dough in round shape and using non stick cook it from both the sides.tortilla is ready
For salad
Take curd add cheese , Salt, oregano and little bit of olive oil.
Add julienne cutting of tomatoes, onions, cabbage in the above mixture. Salad is ready
Now take tortilla. Spread hummus and green chilli hummus on it. Put falafel then salad. Make wrap of it.
Servings:
Either eat the wrap directly or put it in sandwich toaster to make tortilla crispy.
Serve it with catch up or hummus and salad.
