Today's recipe is....... falafel
Ingredients:
4 bowl of Boiled chickpeas
salt to taste
1/2 bowl of tahini
2 tsp of corriender powder,corriender (chopped)
2 tbsp of lemon juice
1 tbsp of garlic paste
green chillies,onion (chopped)
3 tbsp of Weat flour
Olive oil
Sesame seeds
Procedure:
For tahini
Take sesame seeds add olive oil and salt blend it in blender.
For hummus
Take chickpeas,tahini, salt ,garlic,Green chillies and olive oil and water if needed. Blend it all to make smooth paste.
Falafel
Take Boiled and messed chickpeas ,salt,tahini,corriender powder,corriender,lemon juice, garlic paste,green chillies,onion and Weat flour for binding. Mix all well.
Make round shape petty. Deep fry it.
Servings:
Serve falafel with hummus and salad.
