Today's recipe is... Stuffed garlic bread
Ingredients:
1 cup of water
1 tsp sugar
250 gm of all purpose flour
15 gm of yeast
1/2 cup of milk
2 to 3 tbsp of olive oil, butter,garlic paste
1 tbsp of oregano, pizza seasoning
1 bowl of cheese(grated)
Olives, jalapenos and corn (boiled)
Procedure:
Take 1/2 cup of water (115°c) add pinch of sugar. take 15gm of yeast (for 250 gm of flour).add yeast . Rest it for 10 min with lid on the container .let the yeast activated and bubble will be formed.
Add all purpose flour .salt according to taste ,olive oil 2 tsp and use milk to bind the dough. Rest it for 2 hours with lid on it. Dough will become almost double in size.
Preheat oven 200°c for 15 min ,during that take 2 tbsp butter ,1 tbsp olive oil,garlic (grated),salt, pizza seasoning or oregano.mix all well.
Take dough roll it spread the above mixture. Again bind the dough and roll it.
Now again spread the mixture along with grated cheese green and black olives ,jalapeno on one side of rolled dough. the cover the other side.make half moon shape.
Apply the mixture on above and below side .now bake it for 6 min for 200°c .turn it again bake it for another 6 min.
Servings:
Stuffed garlic bread is ready. You can directly eat it or with cheesy deep.
