Today's recipe is........Chinese vermicelli
Ingredients:
1 bowl of vermicelli
1 bowl of chopped vegetables like cabbage, capsicum, onion, tomatoes,carrots spring onion and spring garlic
2 tbsp of olive oil
1 tbsp of ginger, garlic, green chilli paste, soya sauce, vinegar
1 tbsp of ginger and garlic (chopped)
Salt to taste
Procedure:
Take a pan add water, salt and 1 tbsp of oil in it. Add vermicelli to cook. Grain water using strainer.
Take a pan add olive oil in it. Then add chopped ginger garlic in it. Add ginger, chilli , garlic paste, your choice of vegetables. Saute vegetables well. Add soya sauce and vinegar and salt.
Add vermicelli in it. At last add spring onion and garlic.
Servings:
Serve it hot.
