Dear diet.....
Today's recipe is.... Green peas pulau with salad
Ingredients:
2 bowl of Green peas, carrot, beat root onion,tomatos(All chopped)
2 bowl of rice (boiled with 2 to 4 clove nd bay leaves)
3 tsp of turmeric,cumin seeds,green chilies,corriender powder,garam masala powder
1 bowl of curd or sour cream
2 tbsp of olive oil
1 tbsp of oregano, garlic(chopped)
2 tsp of lemon juice
1 tsp of black pepper
Procedure:
Take oil in pan add cumin seeds in it. Add onion and all dry spices then vegetables then tomatos add water then add boiled rice in it. Rice is ready
For Salad :
Take a pan add olive oil and chopped capsicum in it saute it. Add garlic, salt and oregano.
Take a bowl spread cabbage leaves add lemon juice black paper and salt.
Transfer the above stuff into this.mix it well then on the top pour sour cream or cottage cheese or thick curd
Servings:
Serve the green peas pulau with salad.
