Today's recipe is....... khandavi
Ingredients:
1 bowl of gram flour
1 bowl of butter milk
2 bowl of water
2 tsp of termeric
2 tbsp of mustard seeds, green chillies (chopped), coconut (gratted),sesame seeds
3 to 4 tbsp of oil
2 tbsp of coriander (chopped)
Salt to taste
Procedure:
Take a pan add mention proportion of gram flour, butter milk and water. Blend it to make smooth mixture.
Now switch on gas. Add salt and termeric in it. Stir it till the mixture become thick.
Take a dish. Take some mixture and spread it on dish. If you can easily roll it then the mixture is ready if you can't then stir it for sometime.
When mixture get ready spread it on dish and cut it.
Serving:
Arrange the pieces of khandvi in dish. Take a pan add mustard seeds , sesame seeds , green chillies in it. As soon as mustard seeds start to pop up. Turn off the gas. Pour this oil on khandvi
Garnish it with coriander and coconut .
