Today's recipe is........Methi mutter malai
Ingredients:
1 bowl of mutter
1 bowl of methi (fenugreek greens)
2 tbsp of oil
2 tsp of cumin powder, garam masala powder, cumin seeds, coriander powder, turmeric powder, coriander (chopped), kasuri methi, chilli powder
1/2 bowl of milk with cream
1 bowl of onion and tomatoes pure( both boiled and finely grind)
1 tbsp of ginger, garlic, green chilli paste
2 tbsp of sour cream or cream
2 to 3 bayleaves, cardamom
Salt to taste
Procedure:
Take a pan add oil cumin seeds, bayleaves, cardamom, ginger garlic chilli paste. Saute it for 5 minutes.
Add tomato and onion pure in it. Add cumin powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder in it. Leave it for 10 minutes to cook.
Now add methi (fenugreek greens) and mutter and salt in it. Saute for 5 minutes add milk with cream. Cover the pan with lid and cook it for another 10 minutes.
Add gram masala powder and kasuri methi in it.
Servings:
Methi mutter malai is ready. Garnish it with cream or sour cream and coriander. Serve it with Roti or chapati or rice.
