Sev usal

Dear diet .....
      Today's recipe is..... Sev usal

Ingredients:

1 bowl of dry green peas
1 bowl of onion, tomatoes( chopped)
2 tsp of garam masala, turmeric powder, corriender powder, cumin powder
2 to 3 clove
2 tsp of cumin seeds and mustard seeds
1 tbsp of lemon juice, green chillies , ginger and garlic paste
1 tsp of red chilli powder
2 tbsp of oil
Salt to taste

Procedure:

Soak dry green peas  in hot  water  for at least 3 to 4 hours.
Take cooker add soaked peas in it with 2 to 3 cup of water and salt. Cooked it until 3 to 4 whistles.

Take a pan. Add cumin and mustard seeds and cloves. As it start to pop up add onion in it. Stir it till onion become light golden  after that add tomatoes.

Add ginger chilli garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, garam Masala, salt  in it.  Mix all well.

Now add above mixture into green peas' container.
Add lemon juice in it as per taste.

Servings:

Take  above gravy. Add gram flour  sev or ratlami sev in it. Garnish it with onion and coriander.
