Today's recipe is........ Dahi Boondi
Ingredients:
1/2 bowl boondi
1 bowl curd
1/4 bowl of tomatoes, onion( chopped)
1 tsp of black salt, cumin powder, red chilli powder, coriander and green chillies
Procedure:
For boondi
Take gram flour add salt water in it. Mix it well. In an oil pan with normal temperature fry the boondi by just dropping it into oil to form boondi shape.
Boondi is ready. You can use ready made Boondi too.
Take a bowl add curd in it. Add tomatoes, onion , cumin powder, black salt, red chilli powder,green chillies ,salt in it. At last add Boondi in it.
Servings:
Garnish it with coriander and serve it with rice or Chhole bhature.
