Mexican corn balls

Dear diet......
          Today's recipe is.........Mexican corn balls

Ingredients:

1 bowl kidney  beans(cooked)
1/2 bowl corn(cooked)
1/2 bowl cheese(processed and cheddar )(grated)
1/4 bowl of Wheat flour
1 tbsp of oregano,garlic paste, cumin powder, lemon juice,green chilli paste
1 tsp of black pepper
8 to 10 olives, cheese cubes
1/ 2 bowl of cabbage( chopped)
2 tbsp of mayonnaise , green chatni, olive oil
Oil to fry
Salt to taste

Procedure:

For green chatni

In mixture jar add corriender, mint leaves, green chilli , lime juice, salt and some water. Make thick paste of it.

Now marinate small cheese cubes in green chatni for 10 to 15 minutes.

For stuffing

Take a pan add oil ,garlic paste, corn and cheese, black pepper, salt. Stir it till  cheese gets melt. Stuffing is ready.

Soak kidney beans in hot water for 5 to 6 hours. Now cook it using cooker for 4 to 5 whistles.

As kidney beans get cooked mess it well. Add green chilli, cumin powder, lime juice, olive oil,salt wheat flour to combine the mixture.

Take mixture add stuffing and make balls of it. Fry the balls.

Servings:

Take stick add olive then marinated cheese then ball. Garnish it with cabbage and mayonnaise. Mexican corn balls are ready.
