Nachos with picodegallo

Dear diet.......
        Today's recipe is.........Nachos with picodegallo

Ingredients:

1 bowl of Wheat flour
1/2 bowl of oat(smooth flour type) , all purpose flour
1 tbsp of oregano, lemon juice, coriander (chopped)
1 tsp of cumin powder, green chillies, turmeric powder
1/2 bowl of  tomatoes, onions , capsicum(chopped)
3 tbsp of olive oil
Liquid cheese or 1/4 bowl milk 1 bowl  processed cheese(gratted)
Salt to taste

Procedure:

For nachos:

Take a bowl mix weat,oat, all purpose flour, salt , oregano, turmeric powder, olive oil then make dough using water.

Roll the dough and cut it into triangle shape. Then fry it in oil.

For healthy version, apply olive oil on both sides of nachos then put it in microwave for 2 minutes and turn it and bake it for another 2 minutes. Nachos is ready

For picodegallo

Take a bowl add tomatoes, onion, capsicum, lemon juice, green chillies, cumin powder and coriander in it. Add olive oil and mix it well. Picodegallo is ready

For dressing 

For dressing either use  hot liquid cheese  or in grated cheese add milk nd make hot sauce.

Servings

Take a dish, nachos pour cheese sause on it. Sprinkle some oregano. Serve it with picodegallo
