Mexican crown

Dear diet......
         Today's recipe is........Mexican crown

Ingredients:

For base

1 bowl of corn flour
1/2 bowl of Wheat flour
1/2 tsp of turmeric powder
1 tbsp of olive oil
Salt  to taste

For  toppings

1 bowl of  kidney beans (boiled)
1 bowl of tomatoes, onion (chopped)
1 tbsp of garlic paste, oregano, olive oil, black olives, green chilli paste, cumin powder, lemon juice
1 bowl of cabbage, carrot, capsicum
1 bowl of curd
1 tbsp of chopped coriander
1 tsp of oregano, black pepper  powder
Salt to taste

Recipe:

Take bowl add corn and Wheat flour , turmeric powder, salt , olive oil. Make fine dough.

Roll it in small circles. Take fork and make holes in it.

Fry it or apply oil on both sides and put it in microwave  for 2 minutes each side. Base is ready.

Take a pan add olive oil in it. Add onion, garlic, green chilli paste in it. Let it cook for some time. Add tomatoes in it.

Add kidney beans, salt, cumin powder, olives coriander in it. Topping is ready.

Take another bowl add carrot, cabbage, capsicum  in it. Add olive oil, salt, lemon juice, black pepper powder, oregano in it.

Take curd remove excess water by tieing it in cotton cloth. Add salt in it. Sour cream is ready.

Servings:

Take base. Apply topping on it. Then salad on it. Then sour cream on it. Garnish it with carrot and olive.
