Gulabjamun

Dear diet........
       Today's recipe is......Gulabjamun

Ingredients:

250 gm khaya
2 tbsp of semolina
3 tbsp of all purpose flour
1 bowl of sugar
1 bowl of water
3 to 4 cardamom
Pinch of saffron
Ghee to fry

Procedure:

Take  a bowl add khoya in it, then add semolina, flour  mixed all well. Smash it for 10 minutes.

Now make balls from it. Fry the balls in ghee on medium flame.

Take a pan on other side. Add sugar in it. Add water which covers sugar. Make syrup from it. Add saffron and cardamom in it.

As balls get fried directly add it to the sugar syrup. Put it aside.

Servings:

Serve it after 1 hour of making. Either serve it hot or cold.
