Kaju curry

Dear diet.....    .
     Today's recipe is.........Kaju curry
Ingredients:
1 bowl onion( chopped)
1/2 bowl of green peas
1/4 bowl of cashew nuts ( deep fried in butter or ghee)
2 tbsp of coconut ( finely crushed), khoya
1 tbsp of green chilli, garlic, ginger paste
2 to 3 bay leaves, clove, black pepper, whole red chillies
2 tbsp of oil
3 tbsp of curd
1 tsp of turmeric powder, cumin coriander powder, cumin seeds
1 tbsp of corriender and spring garlic( both chopped)
2 cups of water
1 tbsp of kasuri methi
Salt to taste
Procedure:
Take a pan add oil in it. Add cumin seeds, bay leaves, black pepper, cloves, whole red chilli. As all popes up well add onion.
Stir onion for 5 to 6 minutes until it turns golden brown. Add coconut. Add 1 cup of water.
As the above mixture cool down at room temperature, churn it in mixture to make fine gravy.
Take a pan add gravy in it. Add green peas, salt,  khoya and kasuri methi. Cook it for 7 minutes.
Add 1 cup of water and  add turmeric powder, cumin coriander powder in it. Stir it for 5 minutes.
Now curry is ready turn off the stove and add curd and cashew nuts in it.
Servings:
Garnish it with coriander and spring garlic.
Serve it with paratha, chapati or rice.
