Mixed dal fry

Dear diet...... .
           Today's recipe is.......... Mixed dal fry
Ingredients:
1 bowl of mixed dal(urad, tuvar, Moong, masur or you can take your choice of dal)
2 to 3 cups water
1/2 bowl  onion and tomatoes (chopped)
1 tsp of cumin seeds, turmeric powder, cumin coriander powder
1 to 2  bay leaves and whole red chilli, clove, red chilli powder
1 tbsp of oil, chilli garlic and ginger paste
2 tbsp of coriander and spring garlic ( chopped)
Salt to taste
Procedure:
Soak your choice of dal in water for At least half an hour.
Cook dal using pressure cooker with 3 to 4 whistles.
Take  a pan add oil in it. Add cumin seeds, bay leaves, cloves, whole red chilli.
As all poped up add ginger garlic chilli paste in it. Add onion in it. Let onion get cooked for 5 minutes then add tomatoes in it.
Add all dry spices like turmeric, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt in it.
Add this mixture into dal mixture. Add required water . Let dal simmer for 10 minutes. Dal is ready.
Servings:

Garnish it with coriander and spring garlic. Serve it with jira rice or plain rice or with chapati and onions.
