Today's recipe is........ palak paneer
Ingredients:
1 bowl of spinach ( boiled not crushed)
1 bowl of onion and tomatoes (chopped)
1 tbsp of garlic paste
1 tbsp of chilli paste
1 to 2 bey leaves
1 tsp of garam masala, Turmeric powder
2 tbsp of oil
1 tbsp of fresh cream
1 tbsp of curd
1 bowl of paneer cubes ( friesd in butter and soaked in water)
Procedure:
Take a pan. Add oil in it. Add bey leaves. Add onion in it. Let it cook for 5 minutes. Add garlic chilli paste in it.
Add chopped tomatoes. Mix it well add spinach. Cook it for 10 minutes.
As all things cooked well , grind it in food processor to make fine gravy.
Add paneer cubes in it. Add cream.
After switching off the stove add curd in it.
Servings:
Serve it with chapati, Paratha or plain rice.
