Enchiladas

Dear diet .......
        Today's recipe is.........Enchiladas

Ingredients:

For tortilla

1/2 bowl of all purpose flour
1/2 bowl of corn flour
2 cup water
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt

For stuffing and gravy

1 bowl of kidney beans (boiled)
1 bowl of cheese(grated)
1/2 bowl of onion, tomato, bell pepper( chopped)
1 tbsp of green chilli paste, oregano, mix herbs ,black pepper powder, coriander, lemon juice
2 tsp of cumin powder
2 tbsp of garlic paste, black olives chopped
2 tbsp of tomato catchup
2 cups of water

Procedure:

Take pan add olive oil in it.Add chopped onion,salt,  garlic,green chili paste,tomatoes, lemon juice, cumin powder ,bell pepper and coriander. Add herbs and oregano, black pepper powder. Then add kidney beans and olives. Let it cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Stuffing is ready.

For tortilla, mix above ingredients and make fine daugh from it

Roll it using rolling pin. Cook it on non stick like chapati. Tortilla is ready.

In Tortilla, put some grated cheese and above stuffing roll it and roast it on pan with some olive oil.

In Above mixture add tomato catchup ,cheese garlic paste ,water and grind it with grinder make sauce from it.

In pan put tortilla roll then pour sauce then cheese bake it for 10 min on  200 c .
