Today's recipe is.......Mexican rice
Ingredients:
1/2 bowl of kidney beans, corn ( both cooked )
1 bowl of Rice
1/2 bowl of tomatoes , onion ( both chopped)
1 tbsp of lemon juice, basil, coriander, mint, garlic paste
2 tbsp of cumin powder, red chilli powder
2 tbsp of oil
Salt to taste
Procedure:
Take a pan. Add oil in it. Add green chilli, garlic paste, onion in it. Stir it till onions get tender.
Now add tomatoes, salt, lemon juice, kidney beans, corn, coriander, basil, mint. Stir all well.
Add cooked rice in it and mix all well. If you wish u can add gratted cheese on it.
Servings:
Serve it hot.
