Today's recipe is.....Conchiglioni in pink( mixed) sauce
Ingredients:
1 bowl Conchiglioni pasta( boiled)
2 tbsp of olive oil
For red sauce or ( arrabbiata sauce)
2 tbsp of butter, onion paste or chopped
1 tbsp of garlic paste, oregano, black pepper, chilli powder, olives, basil
2 tbsp of cheese ( gretted)
1 bowl of tomato pulp ( blanched tomatoes paste)
2 to 3 pinch of sugar or tomato catchup
1 tsp of rosemary, thyme
For white sauce
1 tbsp of butter, all purpose flour , oregano, garlic paste, cheese( gretted)
1 tbsp of black pepper powder, chilli flakes
2 cups of milk
Procedure:
Take a pan add water in it. Add 1 tbsp olive oil and salt in it. Add conchiglioni pasta in it. Boil it for 5 min.
Strain excess water from it. And let it cool for a while.
For red sauce or arrabbiata sauce follow the previous recipe.
For white sauce, take a pan add butter in it. Add all purpose flour in it.stir it well as the flour gets cooked add milk in it. Continuously stir it so that no lump will form.
Add garlic paste, salt, oregano, chilli flakes , cheese in it. Sauce is ready.
As both sauces get room temperature. Switch on the slice and mix both with 1 cup of water. Let it boiled for 5 minutes.
Now take pasta add olive oil in it.mix oil in pasta so that they will not get stickiness.
Now add pasta and add it to mixed sauce. Stir it for a while and if required add cheese in it.
Servings:
Serve it with garlic bread or toast.
