Panjabi aalu paratha

Dear diet.......
  Today's recipe is......Panjabi aalu Paratha

Ingredients:

1 bowl potatoes ( boiled and messed)
1 bowl onion ( chopped)
1 tbsp of green chilli, ginger, garlic paste, garam Masala, cumin coriander powder, coriander ( chopped)
1 tsp turmeric powder, muster seeds
1 bowl  wheat  flour
2 cups of water
1 tbsp oil
Oil to shallow fry
Salt to taste

Procedure:

Take a bowl add wheat flour , oil and salt in it. Make fine dough from it.

Take a pan add oil in it. Add muster seeds as it start to pop up add onion in it.

Saute onion until it gets cooked. Add chilli , garlic, ginger paste,  messed potatoes, turmeric powder, cumin coriander powder, garam masala, salt in it.

Mix all ingredients well Paratha stuffing is ready.

Now roll the dough and stuff above stuffing and shallow fry it.

Or roll two roti and spread stuffing over one roti and cover it with the second one.
Shallow fry it.

Servings:

Serve it with  tomato catchup or curd or mango  pickle.
