Today's recipe is............Noodles
Ingredients:
1 bowl of noodles( cooked)
1 bowl of your choiced vegetables (julienning cut)
Like onion, cabbage, capsicum, carrot
1 tbsp of vinegar or lemon juice, soya sauce
2 tbsp of green chilli, garlic paste , spring garlic( chopped)
2 tbsp of oil
Salt to taste
Procedure:
Take a pan add water in to it. Add salt and oil on it. As it comes to boiling point add nuddles in it.
Cook it for 5 to 7 minutes then using strainer remove the excess water from it.
Now take a pan add oil in it. Saute garlic chilli paste soya sauce in it.
Take a pan add oil in it Salute all vegetables ( make sure they should remain crispy and not over cooked)
Now add nuddles in it. Add garlic chilli paste , lemon juice or vinegar and salt in it.
At last add spring garlic in it.
Servings:
Serve it hot.
