Masala pulav

Dear diet.......
     Today's recipe is......... Masala pulav

Ingredients:

1 bowl of rice( cooked)
1/2 bowl of onion (sliced)
1/2 bowl of potatoes(sliced)
1/2 bowl of carrot( sliced) green peas, cabbage , colliflower  ( chopped)
2 tbsp of green chilli, garlic and ginger paste, oil, coriander ( chopped)
1 tbsp of garam Masala, lemon juice, coriander cumin powder
3 tsp of kasuri Methi, turmeric powder
4 to 5 whole black pepper
2 to 3 bayleaves
Oil to fry
Salt to taste

Procedure:

Take a pan add oil in it , now take potatoes and fry it until becomes crispy.Put it aside.

Now take onions add pinch of sugar in it. Fry it until it turns brown.

Now fry carrot for some time. Put it aside.

Take another pan add oil in it. Add whole black pepper, bay leaves in it.

Now saute ginger garlic green chilli paste and green peas in it. After it gets cooked add cabbage in it.

Then add  fried carrot, onion , potatoes in it. Add coriander cumin powder, turmeric powder, garam Masala, salt , kasuri Methi and lemon juice in it.

Add cooked rice in above vegetables mix all well.

Servings:

Serve it with curd, onion tomato salad.
