Bean Quesadilla

Dear diet.......
Today's recipe is..... Bean Quesadilla

Ingredients:

For tortilla

1 bowl of wheat flour
1 bowl of  corn flour
Warm Water
2 tbsp of olive oil
Salt to taste

For stuffing

1 bowl of kidney beans ( cooked)
1 bowl of tomatoes( chopped)
1 bowl of capsicum ( chopped)
1/2 bowl of onion( chopped)
2 tbsp of garlic  paste, green chilli
1 tbsp of cumin powder, lemon juice, basil
2 tsp of black pepper powder
1 bowl of cheese ( gratted)
1/ 2 bowl of cabbage ( gratted)
2 tbsp of olive oil
Salt to taste

Procedure:

Take a pan add wheat and corn flour, oil, salt and warm water in it. Bind daugh from it.

Roll the daugh.  Using nonstick cook it both the sides.

Now take a pan add olive oil in it. Add onion garlic paste,  salt  in it. As onion gets cooked add tomatoes in it. Let it cook for 5 min,  at last add capsicum in it. Add black pepper powder, cumin powder, lemon juice, basil in it.

Mix all well. Add boiled kidney beans in it. The stuffing is ready.

Now take tortilla add stuffing add cheese and cabbage to it. Apply oil on both the sides.

Now bake it for 2- 2 minutes each side in preheated 180c oven.
Or you can roast it on nonstick  by applying oil on it.

Servings:

Serve it with cheese deep.
Or
With curd deep
Mixture of curd, cheese, mint, green chilli and salt.
