Dear diet........
Today's recipe is.... Oats uttapa
Ingredients:
1 bowl of oats
1 cup of water
2 tbsp of curd, spit Bengal gram flour
1/ 2 bowl of chopped vegetables of you choice( like tomatoes, onion, capsicum)
1 tbsp of green chilli and coriander( chopped)
Oil
Salt to taste
Procedure:
Take a bowl add oats in it, add curd, salt, split Bengal gram powder and water in it. Rest it for 15 min.
Now add your choice of vegetables, green chilli , coriander in it. Add water if batter
Is to thick.
Take a pan add batter and oil to it.
Servings:
Serve it hot.
