Today's recipe is.....Brownie fudge
Ingredients:
1 cup of milk
1 tbsp of coco powder
1 tbsp of sugar
250 gm of milk chocolate
2 tbsp of walnuts
1 pinch of baking soda
Procedure:
Take a pan add milk and sugar in it. As milk come to boil add coco powder in it.
Stir it well. Now add pinch of baking soda.
Let the milk boil for sometime to make it thick.
Now take another pan add above milk in it. Add chocolate and walnuts in it.
Stir it well until chocolate gets melt.
If chocolate is buttery then no need to add butter but if it is not then add one small cube of butter to get shine in the mixture.
As mixture leaves the pan switch off the stove. Make sure all procedure should be done under low flame.
Take any dish grease it with ghee or butter. Transfer above mixture and let it come to room temperature.
Servings:
Sprinkle walnut on it. Don't put it directly into fridge. It can be fresh and tasty out side fridge for about 2 days and in fridge for 5 to 6 days.
