Dear diet....
Today's recipe is.......Palak puri bhaji
Ingredients:
250 gm of spinach ( puree)
1 bowl of wheat flour
1 bowl of potatos( boiled and diced)
1/2 bowl of onion ( chopped)
1/2 bowl of tomatoes ( chopped)
2 tbsp of garlic paste
1 tbsp of ginger chilli paste, cumin coriander powder, red chilli powder
1 tsp of cumin seeds, turmeric powder
Oil to fry
1 to 2 whole red chilli
2 cups of water
Salt to taste
Procedure:
For Palak puri
Take a bowl add wheat flour in it. Add 1 tbsp of oil, salt and spinach puree in it.
Bind all together and make fine daugh.
Now roll the daugh and fry it in medium temperature.
For bhaji
Take a pan add oil in it. Add cumin seeds as it pops add whole red chilli in it.
Add ginger garlic chilli paste in it. Add chopped onion in it. Stir it for a while add tomatoes in it.
Add cumin coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder in it. Stir a well. Add water in it.
Add boiled and diced potatoes and salt in it. Boil it for 10 minutes. Bhaji is ready.
Servings:
Garnish it with coriander. Serve it with Palak puri.
