For all Indian Chinese lovers......
Today's recipe is....... Dry manchurian
Ingridients:
Cabbage, green capsicum, onion tomatoes, carrot ( all chopped and in equal quantity)
2 tbsp of ginger, garlic, green chilli paste
2 tbsp of lemon juice( or vinegar)
1 tbsp of soya sauce
2 tbsp of ginger, garlic, green chilli ( chopped)
2 tbsp of spring garlic and onion
1/2 bowl of all purpose flour
2 tbsp of corn flour
Oil to fry
Salt to taste
Procedure:
Take a bowl add all chopped vegetables and add ginger garlic chilli paste.
Add all purpose flour and corn flour as required , just to bind all vegetables.
Add salt, lemon juice or vinegar mix all well. And make balls from it.
Now deep fry balls in oil on medium flame.
Now take a pan add oil in it. Add chopped ginger, garlic, green chilli , soya sauce, lemon juice or vinegar.
Add chopped vegetables in it.Add fried balls in it. Give it a nice stir for 5 minutes.
Servings:
Serve it by sprinkling spring garlic and onion.
