Ravioli with arrabiatta sauce

Dear diet .....
Today's recipe is......Ravioli with arrabbiata sauce

Ingredients:

1 bowl of all purpose flour
1/2 bowl spinach
2 tbsp of olives
1 tbsp of oregano

For red sauce or ( arrabbiata sauce)

2 tbsp of  butter, onion paste or chopped
1 tbsp of garlic paste, oregano, black pepper, chilli powder, olives, basil 
2 tbsp of cheese ( gretted)
1 bowl of tomato pulp ( blanched tomatoes paste)
2 to 3 pinch of sugar or tomato catchup
1 tsp of rosemary, thyme

Procedure:

For ravioli:

Make daugh using  all purpose flour,oil,salt.

For ravioli's stuffing :

Take a pan add  olive, spinach, green chillies, corn,garlic . Sauté it in olive oil.

After spinach cooked, add cheese and mixed hurbs.

Take daugh roll it according to the requirement of shape (round or square or dumpling shape) stuff the above stuffing.

Take a pan boil water into it with 1 tsp oil. Cook ravioli in it for 5 min. If it is cooked well it will become little transparent.

For sauce

Take a pan add olive oil in it. Add garlic onion in it. Saute it until it gets cooked Add blanched tomato puree. Add herbs salt, gratted cheese in it. Sauce is ready

Servings:

Garnish it with olives and serve it with garlic bread , toast or with any drink.
