Today's recipe is...... Peas pulau
Ingredients:
1 bowl of soaked rice ( for 15 min)
1/2 bowl of peas
2 tbsp of ginger green chilli paste
2 tsp of cumin seeds, turmeric powder
2 tbsp of oil
1 to 2 whole red chilli
2 glasses of water
Salt to taste
Procedure:
Take a pan add oil In it. Add cumin seeds in it as it popped add whole red chilli in it.
Add ginger chilli paste and peas in it. Add some salt. Turmeric powder in it. Cook it for 5 minutes
Now add soaked riced in it. Required salt and water in it.
Cook it for 15 minutes on medium flame. Now it is ready.
Servings:
Serve peas pulav with salad or curd or both.
